情況一：如果對方正是你要找的人
A: Good Morning. Thanks for calling D-come Abroad, this is Biil.
早安，這裡是夢來代辦。我是Bill.
B: Good Morning. May I speak to D-come consultant, please?
早安，我想要找夢來代辦專員。
A: Hello,I am consultant of D-come Abroad.How can I help you?
你好，我就是.請問有神麼需要幫忙的嗎?
情況二：如果你要找的人不在
A: Good Morning, this is D-come Abroad . How can I help you?
早安，這裡是夢來代辦，請問有什麼需要幫忙的嗎?
B: Hi, I am Amber, I would like to speak to consultant Bill, please?
我是安柏，我想找代辦專員。
A: Please hold on for a second, please? I’ll see if he is available.
你稍等一下，我幫你看看他在不在。
B: Thank you.好的，謝謝！
A: Sorry Amber, Bill is not available now. Would you like to leave a message? 代辦專員現在正在忙，需要幫你留言嗎？
B: Could you please ask him to call me back later?
可以請代辦專員晚點回撥嗎?
A: Certainly.好的。
B: Thank you.謝謝！
1. I think we have a bad connection.
我覺得收訊不是很好。
2. Could you say it again, please?
可以請你再說一次嗎?
3. Could you give her a message?
你可以幫我留言給他嗎?
4. Oh, I’m sorry. I have the wrong number.
Oh，我很抱歉。我打錯電話了。
5. Sorry, I can hardly hear from you. Could you slow down a little bit?
抱歉，我聽得不是很清楚，可以請你說話速度放慢一點點嗎?
6. Hold on, please. I’ll put you through to our consultant in a minute.
